The governments and VCs alone cannot get it done. As a collective we MUST provide the bridge for the funding gap by bringing our corporate networks and partnerships into the innovation funding space.
We must go back to problem-solving from first principles. This is the key to solving not just Africa's technology challenges, but will usher in how we bring our "African-ness" to providing global solutions.

It isn't just about raising money. The right skills must be mastered for resilience. Africa might need to go back to the Igbo Apprenticeship System which was in existence before we had websites offering internships.

Africa must teach tech to local communities in native indigenous language. Only then would adoption of solutions reach the scale of impact we all desire. Scaling might involve repurposing, but the real drivers of change will be those closest to the problems.
